Freedom and Teenagers

I could be a bit biased but I feel freedom is something a teenager needs to learn more about the world but too much is bad. If a parent is always around the child will never learn to be on their own. Always being around especially a teenager usually ends up making them annoyed and angry with their parents because they want to learn and go out. A parent may care and that being the reasoning of never letting a child go out and yelling at them if they don't call every 15-20 minutes their out but it makes the teenager resent them. I think a parent just needs to learn a good balance of freedom and caring, because too much freedom is also bad. Giving a teenager or child too much freedom makes them feel abandoned to an extent. I just think there is a right balance of freedom needed because being a helicopter parent will cause a teenager to view parents as obstacles and constant anger toward their parents who are trying to care and protect them.

Should homework be banned?

Well I personally hate homework but I feel it shouldn't be banned. Homework should definately be reduced and regulated better. There is always that one teacher that feels that their class is the most important or the only class your in. These teachers tend to overload you with work and lots of homework because you don't have a life to them. The worst is having multiple of these teachers and end up with hours of homework. Homework bans sound nice but I think it will still be important because homework keeps materials fresh. I do not think whole lessons should be taught with homework or just giving lots and lots of lenghty homework assignments to practice. Like a few problems that shouldnt take more then 10-15 minutes at most is more reasonable. So homework can take like an hour of time. I really hate homework x.x it steals my sleeping time.

Ideal on LGBT+ community

So trending topic especially now is the LGBT+ community. Personally I don't care who someone loves guy, girl, transgender, or whatever else is out there. It really isn't my business to get involved with another person's love life even if they were my child I believe in loving who you want. The person you love should be because they love you and you love them. Love life is a section of a person's life that should be personal to them and their lover. I just feel like people against the LGBT+ community have no right to be so upset because you should love a person for who they are not who they love. If the person they love is a bad person as if it was a bad guy/girl in a straight relationship then you get involved when you see an endangerment. Parents should love their children no matter what and side with them I hate it most seeing some of my friends afraid of their parents opinions and fearing the change in their parents opinions of them or afraid of being disowned. People just shouldn't have a right to judge or control who a person loves. In my opinion if you do you should open your views.
